Air Fryer Pineapple is going to knock your socks off! It’s sweet, juicy, tastes grilled, and you only need 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of prep to make it. An easy and fantastic summer treat when the fruit is in season, or use canned pineapple to make pineapple in the air fryer all year long.
- 1 ripe pineapple
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- vanilla ice cream or whipped cream , for serving, optional
Peel, core, and slice the pineapple into 8 to 10 rings (1/4-inch thick), then into quarters. Transfer to a large bowl.
Combine the brown sugar, melted butter, and cinnamon; dump over the pineapple and gently toss to coat.
Preheat the Air fryer to 380F for 5 minutes.
Using tongs, gently place pineapple pieces in the air fryer basket in a single layer, cooking in batches if necessary.
Air fry for 12-15 minutes, flipping the slices halfway through, until caramelized.
Enjoy warm as is or with some vanilla ice cream!
